Palm Bay as also been exploding with growth recently. The new construction pace continues at a high level as its not just the residential but also the commercial growth that is starting to catch. A lot of the major residential developments, as well as the commercial development starts at the U.S. 192 and St. Johns Heritage Parkway in West Melbourne where “Space Coast Town Center” construction is under way.
