Driver/Moving Helper
We’re looking for friendly, professional, and hardworking individuals to join our team. Here’s what the role involves:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude (smile, eye contact, and small talk).
Educate clients about Tropic Moving’s pricing and services.
Prioritize safety at all times.
Ensure trucks are stocked with necessary supplies and materials for the day’s work.
Make logistical decisions, such as pricing items for donation or recycling, packaging, loading, and job completion.
Lead by example and train new hires on daily operations and company values.
Complete daily checklists and stay in regular communication with your supervisor.
Prevent errors such as damage, injuries, or lost equipment.
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation to work.
Ability to consistently lift 75 lbs throughout the day.
A passion for hard work, excellent customer service, and helping others.
Excitement to join a growing company with huge opportunities.
Must be drug- and alcohol-free.
Able to pass a federal background check.
